Meg Fox is a nationally recognized Physician Associate with over 20 years of clinical experience and a Master’s in Health Science from George Washington University. With 17 years in plastic surgery, she found her passion in medical aesthetics—where expertise, artistry, and patient connection meet.

As the first board-approved Physician Assistant in Maryland, Meg helped shape the state’s aesthetic standards while building a reputation for integrity, safety, and natural results. She is also a sought-after national trainer for Allergan and Galderma, mentoring injectors across five states in advanced techniques.

Motivated by a vision of beauty that feels timeless and empowering, Meg founded Meg Fox Aesthetics, now with thriving locations in Annapolis and Towson. Alongside her hand-selected team, she has created a destination where clients feel seen, supported, and inspired to become their best selves—naturally and confidently.

New clients typically need a consultation to assess their skin concerns, medical history, and aesthetic goals before treatment. However, if you've received treatments before feel free to make an appointment for the services you usually receive. Consultations can also typically receive services during their appointment time.

Neurotoxins: Minimal downtime; some swelling or bruising can occur, full results in 2 weeks
Dermal Fillers: Possible bruising and swelling can occur, results are immediate.
Laser treatments: 24-48 hours of redness, mild swelling, skin texture changes for 5-10 days.
Microneedling: 24-72 hours of redness
Facials: Typically no downtime, but skin may be sensitive.

Yes, treatments are performed by licensed professionals using FDA-approved products and equipment.

Yes! You can apply for financing through Cherry to use on any Allergen products (Botox, Juvederm, SkinMedica, DiamondGlow)

We have 2 rewards programs that we use here at Meg Fox Aesthetics. The first is Alle- the rewards program for Allergen products (Botox, Juvederm, DiamondGlow). You can scan for specials every time you are in the office. The second system is Aspire which earns you rewards with Galderma products (Dysport, Restylane, Sculptra)
